MINI MARKET ERASMUSPARK
WHAT TO EXPECT
1. COMMUNTY SWAP POINT
A tiny curated community swap point. Don't expect hundreds of items, but rather a small, carefully curated selection.
How it works:
-
Browse the clothing racks first
-
Found something you like that’s roughly the same value as your own item?
-
Show the crew your item
-
If approved, you can swap immediately
Please note:
-
Max 1 item per person
-
Clothes for adults, that can be worn in this season
-
We’re keeping the collection small and curated
-
Make sure to bring something beautiful that you'd proudly pass on to a friend
-
No ultra fast-fashion (Shein, Primark, H&M, Temu, etc), used swimwear or underwear please
-
We check for stains, damages and missing elements
If you don’t find anything, simply keep your item and come back later to check the constantly changing collection again.
You may also trade it in for a discount on the Holy Drop collection.
2. HOLY DROP
Alongside the community swap point, we’re bringing a tiny curated Holy Drop collection: premium second-hand gems with fixed prices.
Think:
Beautiful vintage, strong denim, special pieces, all handpicked favorites from the Holy Swap! archive.
Prices:
€ 15 - € 50
Trading in something exceptional?
If you trade in an exceptional item, you can choose between an item from the Swap Point or €25 discount on a Holy Drop item.
Meaning: some Holy Drop pieces can literally be swapped.
Holy Drop items are added throughout the event. So no rush, we don't like fast fashion
3. SMALL, EXPERIMENTAL & COMMUNITY-DRIVEN
This is not a full Holy Swap! event like before.
Think of it more as:
-
A tiny experiment
-
A soft relaunch
-
A small circular fashion playground
-
And a moment to reconnect around local reuse again
Expect:
-
Music
-
Sunshine hopefully
-
Good people
-
Nice pieces
-
And an alternative way of consuming that demonstrates that fulfillment, enjoyment, status, and connection are possible even without the constant production of new goods.

''I'm opening the door a little again. Step by step. Not easy, because to me it feels like heaven's door.''
PERSONAL NOTE
Almost two years ago I decided to put Holy Swap! on hold. Not because I stopped believing in it, but because somewhere along the way I lost connection with myself a little.
I had spent a couple years building, pushing and trying to make things work. And although Holy Swap! was growing externally, internally I slowly started disconnecting from myself.
So I pressed pause. To slow down, to reflect and reconnect with what actually matters to me. And strangely enough, during that pause I slowly started realizing that Holy Swap! might actually contain a lot of what I had been searching for all along. And that I might be the right person to make this work.
About three years ago I rewrote our mission: stop craving more and new, look closer, and celebrate life with what’s already there. I always saw that as something about consumption.
But maybe it also applies to life itself.
So this Sunday is not really about relaunching. It’s more about opening the door a little again. Feeling whether the energy is still there. In the community, but also in myself.
During Terrasmus Festival in Erasmuspark Amsterdam we’re doing a tiny experimental Holy Swap! setup.
Not a full event like before. Just something small, curated and community-driven.
Would love to see some familiar faces again.
Love,
Danny
I’ll be sharing more about my personal development and Holy Swap’s on LinkedIn in the coming weeks.
If you feel, 'I want to be a part of this' and can contribute in whatever way, please reach out to me. Because one thing is certain: the plans for Holy Swap! are crazy, but I can't do this alone, and don't want to keep this for myself.
